As we scale, we’re looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our brand, drive lead generation, and position ALH as a standout name in the market.

About the Role

We are looking for a Media Buyer to own and scale our paid advertising across digital platforms. This role is critical to driving high-quality buyer, seller, landlord, and agent leads through smart media planning, execution, and optimisation.

You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership to ensure ad spend directly translates into qualified leads, viewings, deals, and agent growth.

What you’ll be doing:

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across:

  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

  • TikTok Ads (preferred)

• Allocate and manage monthly ad budgets efficiently

• Build full-funnel campaigns (awareness → leads → retargeting)

• Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality

• Constant A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages

• Set up and manage tracking

• Analyze performance data and produce weekly/monthly reports

• Identify trends, gaps, and scaling opportunities

Creative & Collaboration

• Work with designers, videographers, and content teams on ad creatives

• Align messaging with brand tone and market trends

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years experience as a Media Buyer / Performance Marketer

• 2+ Real estate experience is a Must 

• Proven track record of managing significant ad budgets and delivering ROI

• Strong knowledge of Meta & Google Ads platforms

• Deep understanding of lead generation funnels

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

• Ability to scale winning campaigns and cut losing ones fast
