As we scale, we’re looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our brand, drive lead generation, and position ALH as a standout name in the market.

This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of marketing strategy, performance, and team management.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and execute the full marketing strategy across digital, social, portals, branding, and campaigns

• Manage and mentor the full marketing team (digital, content, design, videography, performance marketing)

• Drive high-quality leads for leasing & sales teams

• Oversee all property marketing including listings, launches, photography, video, and promotional materials

• Build systems, processes, and KPIs to scale marketing performance

• Manage agencies, freelancers, and marketing budgets

• Track ROI, campaign performance, and continuously optimise results

• Own ALH Properties’ brand presence and market positioning

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years’ marketing experience, with leadership or management responsibility

• Real estate or property marketing experience essential

• Strong digital marketing & lead generation background

• Proven experience managing teams and campaigns

• Commercial, data-driven mindset with creative flair

• Knowledge of Dubai market is a strong advantage
