SEO Specialist (Real Estate)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist with a strong background in real estate to drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and generate high-intent leads across our digital platforms. This role is critical in supporting our sales, leasing, and off-plan teams by increasing online visibility and lead quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies tailored to real estate portals, property listings, and landing pages

  • Perform keyword research focused on Dubai real estate searches (sales, leasing, off-plan, communities, developers)

  • Optimize on-page SEO (meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, content structure)

  • Manage technical SEO (site speed, indexing, crawl errors, schema, mobile optimization)

  • Work closely with content, marketing, and performance teams to align SEO with campaigns

  • Optimize property listings and community pages for maximum organic reach

  • Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush

  • Monitor competitors and identify ranking and content opportunities

  • Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of SEO experience, preferably within real estate or property portals

  • Strong understanding of local SEO and GEO-based searches (Dubai communities)

  • Experience working with real estate CMS / portals (Property Finder, Bayut, custom CRMs is a plus)

  • Proven track record of improving organic rankings and lead generation

  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • English required; Arabic is a plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience with off-plan project launches and developer websites

  • Knowledge of CRO and landing page optimization

  • Basic understanding of paid search and performance marketing
