What You’ll Be Doing:

Listing and marketing residential properties across Dubai
Gathering accurate property details, coordinating professional photography, and preparing marketing materials
Keeping up to date with Dubai real estate laws, RERA regulations, and local market trends
Conducting property valuations, arranging and leading viewings, and hosting open houses
Managing offers, negotiating terms, and guiding transactions from first viewing through to closing
Building long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups and care communications
Generating new business via our database, referrals, networking, and proactive prospecting
Collaborating closely with Sales Progression and support teams to ensure seamless transactions and excellent client service

What We’re Looking For:

Drive, hunger, and a positive attitude are essential — previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a strong advantage
Professional, presentable, and confident at all times with strong interpersonal skills
Able to build and maintain relationships, network effectively, and follow up consistently
Motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a high-performance, target-driven environment
Punctual, reliable, and committed to ongoing personal and professional development
