Role Overview – Real Estate Agent Career

We are searching for a motivated and resourceful Real Estate Agent to join our expanding Dubai team. You will have significant autonomy and responsibility, representing ALH Properties across the Dubai property market. Key Responsibilities – Dubai Real Estate Sales & Leasing

• List, market, and sell or lease residential properties around Dubai

• Source and collect accurate property details and manage marketing content

• Organize and conduct property viewings, open houses, and client meetings

• Stay informed on current real estate laws, RERA regulations, and local trends

• Support sellers and buyers through the full negotiation and offer process

• Develop long-term relationships through diligent client follow-up and service

• Drive new business from company databases, referrals, and your own network

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction progression

Ideal Candidate – Real Estate Agent Skills & Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is an advantage, but motivation and positive attitude are most important

• Excellent English communication (spoken and written); additional languages are highly valued

• Professional, presentable, and confident, with a strong customer focus

• Outstanding networking and relationship-building skills

• Resilient, energetic, driven, and proactive in generating new leads

• Strong work ethic with punctuality and reliability

• Commitment to continuous learning and self-development

• Smart business attire and professional presentation required

• UAE or UK driving license preferred but not mandatory
