What You’ll Be Doing:

Listing and marketing residential properties across Dubai
Gathering accurate property details and preparing professional marketing materials
Staying up to date with Dubai property laws, RERA regulations, and market trends
Conducting property valuations and arranging viewings
Negotiating offers and guiding transactions through to completion
Building long-term client relationships through proactive follow-ups and care calls
Generating new business via the company database, referrals, and personal network
Collaborating with Sales Progression and support teams to ensure smooth transactions

What We’re Looking For:

Drive, hunger, and a positive attitude are essential — prior sales experience is a plus
Excellent spoken and written English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
Professional, presentable, and confident in client-facing situations
Strong networking, relationship-building, and communication skills

Key Duties – Real Estate Sales & Leasing Agent Tasks in Dubai

• Market and facilitate the sale and lease of residential properties across Dubai

• Source, validate, and present high-quality property listings

• Arrange and lead property viewings, client meetings, and open houses

• Keep current with Dubai property laws, RERA guidance, and market shifts

• Negotiate between buyers and sellers, managing offers and counteroffers

• Provide outstanding post-transaction care to build lasting client relationships

• Prospect for new business through leads, referrals, and personal outreach

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate transaction progression
