What You’ll Be Doing:

Listing and marketing residential properties across Dubai
Gathering property details and coordinating marketing materials
Staying up to date with Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
Conducting property valuations and viewings
Negotiating deals from first viewing through to offer and closing
Building long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups and care calls
Generating new business via our database, referrals, and your own network
Working closely with our Sales Progression and support teams to ensure smooth transaction

What We’re Looking For:

 Sales experience is a plus — but drive, hunger, and attitude matter more
Excellent spoken and written English (additional languages are a big bonus)Professional, presentable, and confident at all times
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Motivated, resilient, and ready to work in a high-performance environment
Punctual, reliable, and committed to personal and professional growth
Smart business dress — because first impressions matter
UK or UAE driving license preferred
