Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to support the rapid expansion of ALH Properties. This role will focus on hiring high-performing real estate agents and corporate support roles, helping build world-class teams across multiple divisions.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and understands the realities of hiring in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate agents and corporate roles

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, events, and direct outreach

  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments

  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across multiple nationalities and languages

  • Advise hiring managers on market trends, salary expectations, and candidate availability

  • Support onboarding and pre-joining processes (offers, documentation, visa coordination)

  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reports

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Experience hiring in real estate, sales, or fast-paced commercial environments preferred

  • Strong understanding of the Dubai job market

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfortable working with targets, deadlines, and volume hiring

  • Arabic or additional languages are a plus
