Managing Director – Real Estate

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced driven Managing Director to lead and scale a high-growth real estate business in Dubai. This role is responsible for overall company performance, strategy execution, operational excellence, and revenue growth across all divisions.

The Managing Director will work closely with the leadership team to strengthen market position, build high-performing teams, and drive sustainable, profitable expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the company’s short- and long-term growth strategy

  • Drive expansion across Secondary, Off-Plan, and Commercial real estate

  • Identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and market opportunities

  • Represent the company at a senior level with developers, investors, and key stakeholders

Commercial & Revenue Growth

  • Own P&L performance and revenue targets

  • Set sales strategies, pricing models, and commission structures

  • Ensure consistent deal flow, pipeline visibility, and conversion performance

  • Oversee developer relationships and exclusive agreements

Operational Excellence

  • Lead day-to-day operations across sales, marketing, recruitment, training, and support functions

  • Implement scalable processes, KPIs, and performance management frameworks

  • Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, and UAE regulatory requirements

People & Culture

  • Build, lead, and retain a high-performing leadership and agent team

  • Create a strong performance-driven culture aligned with company values

  • Oversee hiring of senior leadership roles (Sales Directors, Marketing, Finance, Recruitment)

  • Mentor department heads and drive accountability across teams

Brand & Market Positioning

  • Strengthen brand visibility and reputation in the Dubai real estate market

  • Oversee marketing strategy, lead generation, and international roadshows

  • Ensure alignment between brand, sales messaging, and customer experience
